The room is very clean. But yesterday when my sister check in at 9:15 p.m, the receptionist asked my sister to pay 500Baht for the deposits which she paid. When my sister asked for a receipt, she just don't know the answers and kept saying some words which we didn't understand . Then she was seaching her notes and after 10 minutes, finally she wrote a recipe. When we asked for a copy, she just said something we didn't understand. We spent more than 15 minutes waiting for the receipt. The hotel should have a receptionist who can speak English and understands English. She should know the procedure how to issue a receipt.

레지던스라 1년에 한번씩 방콕에 방문하면 2박이상은 묵는곳입니다~ 직원분들도 바뀌지않고 오랜근무와 친절해서 자주 가게되는듯! 물론 역에서 살짝 거리는 있지만 툭툭으로 역까지 이용가능해서 편하게 지내다가 갑니다! 에까마이라서 치안도 좋고 24시간 편의점이 아래 있어서 좋습니다

ホテルの部屋は広々としていて、荷物を広げるのも楽でした。 シャトルサービスは、駅まで歩けますが、トゥクトゥクの体験も安心してできます。スケジュール表の時間に合わせてフロントに予約が必要です。 敷地内のマックスバリューは24時間営業で、お弁当をはじめちょっとした買い物ができて便利です。

Cozy place for those focused on indoor comfort

The room itself is nice, seems new. I was disappointed with the balcony. When I booked the place I was imagining a cool view like I sometimes get at Bangkok hotels, but it was 4th floor pointed at a courtyard of other businesses, really lame. I don't know that any balconies had good views as building maybe 8 stories. Otherwise staff greeting was pleasant, and later they were helpful when I asked them to help me call Dtac Customer Service because a topup had an error. However, on the evening of my second day, having only one morning left, I questioned if I didn't have breakfast included, and how I could get that. They said my reservation did not include it. I checked my reservation, and on my end it definitely said breakfast for 2, and I remembered at checkout taking that into consideration with the price, etc.Then they said well normally it would come from cafe next door but Sunday morning that cafe would be closed anyway. I asked what happens in that instance, they said they cook something for the guests with breakfast inclusion. I said great, I would like that. They said well then you have to contact Hotels.com to prove it. I did, hotels.com apparently spoke with hotel and hotel still denied I had breakfast package. Hotels.com and hotel both left me hanging with no resolution, both denying culpability and I lost. Pretty bogus. So much for my Gold member status.

朝食付きとのことでしたが、近くのｺｰﾋｰｼｮｯﾌﾟで箱に入ったサンドイッチを温めたものと飲み物だけでした。量も少ないですし、コーヒーにはミルクも砂糖もないとのこと。部屋がいいだけにギャップがありすぎでした。

넓고 좋은 콘도형 호텔, 접근성이 다소 아쉬운 숙소

호텔은 콘도형이라서 모든 것이 다 준비되어 있어서 매우 편리합니다. 게다가 업그레이드까지 해 주어서 매우 큰 공간에서 잘 지냈습니다. 다만, 접근성은 다소 불편합니다. 역까지 걸어서 10분 정도입니다만, 약간 귀찮게 여겨질 수 있습니다. 주위에 맛사지샾 같은 것이 별로 없어서 아쉬웠고요. 그리고 조식은 룸서비스로만 되는 것 같았습니다. 조식은 별로 권하고 싶지 않습니다. 보안도 잘 되어 있어서 매우 안전하며, 수영장 및 헬스장 등은 잘 갖추어져 있습니다.

Not bad

The hotel is clean and well equipped, bit far from station though. I thought it is OK because they have tuc-tuc service, but the service is not on-demand, mostly only once an hour, plus when I delayed 5mins, they said I have to wait the next one, which is 1 hour later, even the tuc-tuc is sitting in the parking lot. There is no restaurant or bar in the area, but MaxValu is just around the corner, so no problem getting small stuff.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever been to.

First impression is the staff at the reception, they are so warm n courteous. So very helpful specially if u have no knowledge of Thai language. The rooms are extraordinarily cozy and well-maintained. The aroma n freshness while walking through the corridors is great. Nobody can get a better deal than this hotel. Make sure you keep the hotel address n phone number hand both in english n thai, so u can explain the taxi driver. I would 100% come back to this hotel n would recommend it to anyone travelling to bangkok.

Modern Hotel with everything you need!

This is an apartment type of hotel. The rooms are equipped with kitchens and so really handy if you enjoy cooking. There is a very convenient supermarket next door too which is a big plus! The rooms were spotlessly clean and all appliances were modern and new. A special shout out to the staff who really could not do enough for you. There is a gym and swimming pool too but I did not get the chance to use it.

自宅に近い感覚のホテル

ホテルというよりはサービスアパートメントに近く、自宅に近い感覚でくつろげる。 キッチン、電子レンジ、洗濯機が付いているので、自炊も出来るしクリーニングをホテルに頼む必要もない。 敷地内にはMax Valueがあり24時間オープンしているので、便利。 BTSエカマイ駅から徒歩7分程度かかるが、ホテル→駅はTuk Tukサービスがあるので復路のみ歩けばOK。 エカマイ駅直結のGate Wayは色んな日本食が入っており、また薬局もあるため便利。

Quiet, friendly hotel

Hotel is slightly off the main roads, making it both hard to find and quiet. At the same time, it is only a couple blocks away from a main road and a short walk to the mall and skytrain. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. All the front desk people spoke English. The cleaning staff were efficient. The room was comfortable, excellently apportioned and quiet! The hotel was doing some remodeling down the hall during part of my stay and the noise was almost imperceptible. The pool/sauna/exercise facilities were all excellent, although the pool water was cold as it never gets direct sunlight to warm it up. Good for swimming, but not for "relaxing in the water". The only criticism I had was the water temperature of the shower. It was not very reliable, which sometimes made taking a shower a challenge - especially if you like to take long, relaxing showers. Also, tell the cab driver to turn at the Ford Dealership on Rama IV road (might save you 10 minutes of wandering around)

아침식사가 뷔페가 아니고 카페에서 도시락 덥혀서 접시에 담아주는 형태라... 좀 당황스러웠지만 숙소에 대해선는 전반적으로 만족합니다.

離空鐵站要步行20分鐘，shuttle 只提供酒店到 bts 站

酒店很新，床很好睡，空調有點聲音，泳池晒不到太陽水有點涼。但離bts 路程實在不少，回酒店還是打的好了。

Very nice accommodations and friendly staff

We arrived from the airport amd had some difficulty with taxiv driving finding to hotel, but once we were there we were greeted with smiling staff and checked in quickly. Very nice rooms, WiFi, free drinks, full kitchen, and market at hotel. Walked the neighborhood in the morning and found some vendors with excellent food. Would recommend if you want a place not in the city center or in the crazy nightlife district. Easy can ride to those areas.

Perfect for our family

We had a suite (2 rooms with shared area) for a week for our son's wedding - we also had my wife's parents in another room, as well as our son & fiancee in a 4th room for a couple of nights. We all had a wonderful experience. Most of the "hotel" appears to be full time residents so it's very quiet. We had breakfast next door at a deli each day that was well worth the nominal charge, and there's a 24-hour grocery next door as well. The staff was great, my grandson enjoyed the pool, I just can't say enough how pleasant it all was. The only caveat is that the hotel is not in the middle of everything - you have to take transportation to go most places but the (free) tuk-tuk to the train station (a less than 10 minute walk) is convenient. We actually Uber-ed almost everywhere because it was so inexpensive and hassle-free. Oh, and there's a nice local market a couple of blocks away.

A comfortable modern apartment. Don't bother with the breakfast option. It is in a coffee shop attached to the big property. It has a very limited menu and what is offered is extremely ordinary. It was very disappointing.

きれい、スーパー隣接で快適なホテル

早朝到着でも早めにチェックインさせてくれました。また、出入りの際に必ずフロントのスタッフが目を合わせて、笑顔であいさつをしてくれます。設備もきれいで快適。トイレの水が止まりにくい、時々シャワーのお湯が水になる、くらいのマイナスはほとんど気になりません。

広い、綺麗、必要なものが揃っている‼︎

立地は微妙な場所で、タクシーのドライバーさんもタイローカルの友人も一発でたどり着けなかった。エントランスは思ったよりこじんまりしてたが部屋はびっくりするほど広く、必要なものも充分に揃っていた。部屋の洗濯機は現地のものなので使用注意‼︎私は長く洗いすぎた上にもともと設定の水の温度が高いようでバッチリ日本で起きない色うつりが…。隣にマックスバリューがあり、便利。ただ遅くまで開いてるレストランが周りになくて不便。スタッフの方はバンコクでは珍しくかなりサービスが良い、愛想も良い。スタッフの方曰く宿泊の70パーセント以上は日本人とか。

まとまった期間の滞在にむいています。

「レジデンス」なので、少しまとった期間滞在するのに適しているようです。 チェックイン時に案内された部屋が予約したものとタイプが異なりましたが、その旨、伝えると変更してもらえましたし、早朝に予約しておいたタクシーが予約されていませんでしたが、速やかにタクシーを呼んでくれました。バスルームには、歯ブラシが準備されていません。 こうして書くと、あまり良くないホテルのように読めてしまいますが、日本人駐在員家族が居住されておられるようで周辺環境は良く、BTS最寄駅までは徒歩10分程度と繁華街からは少し離れていて静かです。また、敷地内に24時間営業の日系スーパーがあります。 5星の高級ホテルと同等のサービスを求めてはいけません。 受付は日本語が通じないので、英語でホテル側とコミュニケーションが取れる方には快適なホテルだと思います。
