싸게 하루 때우기
주변환경이 좋지 않앗고여 직원들의 친절함이나 호텔에서도 대접 받는다는 느낌을 전혀 못받았습니다. 한국의 싸구려 모텔정도 예상하시고 싸게 하루떄운다는 느낌으로 가면되겟네요

주변이 소란스러움
호텔스닷컴에는 이 호텔에서 무료 와이파이를 쓸 수 있다고 적혀 있어서 예약했는데 호텔에서는 인터넷사용이 유료라고 함. 뭔가 말이 앞뒤가 안맞으며 호텔스닷컴의 안내내용과 달라 매우 불쾌하고 불편했음.

一分錢一分貨不可以要求太多，四週也有便利商店及食市，位置十分方便，酒店範圍衛生也尚算滿意！但絶對不會再來！

受付の接客が最悪
ホテルに着くとこの予約では宿泊できないと言われカードで支払い済みなのに再度支払いを要求してきました。 こちらに現地ガイドがいたので交渉してもらい宿泊できましたがガイドもここの受付は態度が悪いとのことでした。 子供が１２０cm以上あると１００バーツ追加料金払えとネットには書かれてないことも要求されました。 後でなぜか１００バーツの支払いはしなくてもいいことになってました。 現地のガイドがいなければ二重払いさせられるところでした。 とても不快でした

Hatten ein "Delux" Zimmer, welches sich im neueren, angebauten Hotelteil befand. Hotel wird von indischen und afrikanischen Gästen in der Lobby belagert. Diese kaufen im Umfang im nahen Patunam-Billig-Markt ein um diese in ihre Heimat zu bringen. Die gelagerten Koffer und Boxen der Waren stehen überall rum. Wer darüber hinwegsehen kann, findet dafürein günstiges Zimmer welches nicht sehr weit von Centralworld entfernt liegt und zu Fuss zu erreichen ist. Das Essen (Zimmerservice) war gut. Ein 7-11 ist gleich um die Ecke.

Extremely unpleasant stay
Bad experience staying in the hotel. Thought this hotel offers 24h check-in hence I book the hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel around 2plus am (late flight), the staff insist that I can only check in at 12pm.Being left with no choice since I was misled by the information on the internet and no other hotels available, my family and I stayed at the lobby for about 3 hours (getting biten by lots of mosquitoes ) before the staff decide to give us a standard room for us to rest and telling us that we will only get 1 deluxue room in the noon. During the 3hours at the lobby,the staff even show us attitude.Despite me insisting that I had book 2 deluxe rooms, the staff keep telling us the hotel is full. Thus the whole family of 5 was squeezed inside a standard room with no alternative. The bath tub in the deluxue room that was given to us later on had a disgusting red stain that nobody dare to use and one of the table lamp was spoilt. The light was quite dim in the room. And I don't like the idea of a fan blowing inside the toilet. Imagine one standing underneath without any clothes.... The food there was not very nice too. Though the breakfast buffet is until 10am,there was not much food left when we went down around 8.30... The wi fi was not very good too. To sum up, it was not a good experience for me. Would not be going back to the hotel again.

Hotel OK in Bangkok
Not really what we got in Thailand for the same price. The breakfast was not for European Foreigners but more for Asian Too salty. We had some problem with the room, it was smelling really bad. they offer us to change room. The area is not too bad is really close from all the shopping. I will still not recommended this hotel.

12 persons stay with 6 room Breakfast not bad , wifi good. Twin room with small bath room. Very small Elevator and until 7th floor , but double room at 8 th floor . Feel tired to walking up floor.

convenient for low budget business person
The room was small..Reception cannot be seen with all the cargo boxes that filled the space. My flight was delayed and even if I had prepaid my room they cancelled my reservation and I had to wait a whole day to get another room. not a place I will go back to at any time

HAD JUNIOR SUITE FOR 3 DAYS IN THIS HOTEL.CLEAN BUT NO FRILLS LARGE ROOM WITH LARGE TWIN BED AND A CAMP COT FOR THE DAUGHTER.MINI FRIDGE AND A KETTLE WERE GIVEN.ROOM CLEANED DAILY BED LINEN AND TOWELS CHANGED DAILY.COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST BETWEEN 7 AM AND 10 AM THOUGH MONOTONOUS WAS SUMPTUOUS [RICE,NOODLES VEGETABLES,SAUSAGES,CHICKEN,BEEF, EGGS ,FRESH FRUITS, BREAD ,BUTTER ,JAM,COFFEE AND ORANGE JUICE] .DELHI DHABA IS IN THE BACKSTREET IF YOU MUST HAVE INDIAN FOOD.TOILETS WERE CLEAN AND WAS NOT SMELLY.ELEVATOR SMELLED OF COCKROACHES AND CORRIDORS OF SPICY FOOD.STAFF THOUGH HELPFUL HAD DIFFICULTY COMMUNICATING IN ENGLISH.ALL THE MALLS AND SIAM OCEAN WORLD ARE QUITE NEAR.

experienced living in a glorified prison cell
four solid walls, no windows, no ventilation, only one entry/exit door, spring beds occupying the floor no extra bit of space to move around. breakfast was complimentary and average. close to Pratunam market.

Average Hotel
Poor Service. Not up-to standard. Definitely not for travellers coming from overseas. They didnt provide on time room. Purely bad service and wrong selection of ten stars inn.

Stained bedsheet, tore bath towels, toilet with urine stain, a lot of ants... Cleanliness is really terrible... Reception could not find my reservations when I check-in.

Most miserable hotel service i have ever seen
My stay at Ten Star Inn was one of the most miserable experiences ever encountered. I have written the same as a feedback to the hotel and i wish to share the same here so that others can benefit from my experience. We had booked a triple occupancy room, but unfortunately one of my friend could not make it. So it was just two of us in one room. When we asked for drinking water on the first night, we were informed that only 2 bottles are complementary irrespective of the number of people residing. To add fuel to the fire, there was no room service, and we had to go down our self to get a bottle of water. The second day since we were out of the hotel exploring Bangkok, our room was not cleaned. On inquiring with the reception, we were informed that since no one was in the room the room was not cleaned. Now i wish to ask fellow travelers here,,, how many of us stay in the room so that room service can clean it ?? This was told to the reception at 5pm and still when we were back at 7pm the room was untouched, Second day was without water or soap or clean towels. The staff is extremely rude and keep talking amongst themselves in Thai, ignoring our complaints. Trust me friends... this hotel is surely not worth even a single star!!!

have to upgrade service and furniture too.
We are staying without Air Condition, they just arrange stand fan for us... And their lift only allow 3 persons in one time. Bathroom very dirty ... Totally disappointed at all.

good location for shopping but....
Location is great for shopping, wholesales shops are within walking distance. Reception & bellboy are very friendly and helpful. The massage salon within the inn is good too. However will not recommend if all ladies to stay at this inn. The road (inn at end of soi 17) is pretty dark at night (no street lamp), and the surrounding is noisy. The bed-sheet and towels have strain and are torn. The suite room door does not have the latch lock and we feel unsafe sleeping at night. There is no lift to 2nd floor so pretty inconvenient with bags of shopping stuff. We will not stay in this inn again as there are better choice in the same location with similar rates and better environment/quality of room.
