we loved our stay in this hotel. our room was spacious and very clean. the rooftop pool and lounge area was lovely. the area is very walkable and there’s lots of restaurants nearby. the sky train, shopping centre and cinema is only around a 15 minute walk away and i’d recommend using the train to get to places because traffic is terrible!

On the downside, we stayed in a side wing of the hotel, so because of time constraints we never used/saw the pool. The hotel has a nightclub which seemingly happens every night. It was a bit noisy at night (till 2am?) because of this. The wing we stayed in was stylish but just starting to look a little tired (carpet etc). The bathrooms were spacious and lovely, and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and we would consider staying again.

The room was clean and breakfast was good. The hotel was well kept and the air conditioning worked really well. We really liked how this hotel was 30 minutes away from the downtown area and more in the local Thai neighbourhoods. We got to see the tourist free side of Bangkok by just walking around. Local cafés and restaurants were very nice. Highly recommend ordering Grab scooters/bikes to beat the relentless traffic.

Staff were chill and attentive when needed. Room was clean when we wanted it clean. Gave us an extra 3 hours to check out with no extra charge. Breakfast was great, pool was great. My only "complaint" is we needed to have the maintenance guy in our room to turn on the jacuzzi whenever we wanted to use it, but that wasnt much of an issue.
