Great Hotel, Very Clean All Round. Rooms Are Comfortable And Have Everything You Need. Lots Of People Use As Overnight Stay, However I Booked 14 Nights And Would Do Again Instantly. Reception Fantastic, Cleaners Out Of This World. Young Girl In Cafe Lovely 🌹. I Will Visit Again For Sure.

The property is located at a very quite and clean area. I was told by a taxi driver that a jail is located nearby! Everything at the property is simple and not complicated. Very good indeed.

Nice and clean hotel, suitable for families.

Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is a little bit old and far from the city but very clean. Suitable for families with younger children. Hotel has a functional gym and restaurant. Washing machine available for a fee of 30baht, dryer 10 baht per cycle. You may need multiple cycles for your cloths to dry. We booked two 2-bedroom apartments and the hotel staff were flexible with placing the rooms close enough to each other. The rooms we stayed in had no cooktops but we had microwave ovens. Walking distance from a big 7Eleven and another store. We had a generally pleasant experience.

This is a very nice hotel with a country side environment. You are in a neighborhood that is very quiet. Tops Daily and 7-11 walkable distance at the corner of the street. Wifi works but you have to get it refreshed downstairs sometimes with a new password, but not all the time. Laptop stays connected but phones go in and out of wifi login. Rooms are good size and aircon is great. Cafe downstairs in lobby is cheap and tastes pretty decent.

We had the 2 bedroom (2 king) plus 2 bathroom. Very spacious and comfortable. Beds are big, living area and small kitchen with microwave and fridge and kettle. The staff were super friendly. Well maintained property. Clean throughout. Bonus was washer and dryer in the garage w coin to use. Used grab app to get rides to places we wanted to visit. Nearby 7-11 and cute bubble tea shop just a few mins walk. On the way cafe was perfect for coffees and cold drinks. They offered food too but we did not tr. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent staff service and special thanks to Ms. Phatthasa as she let us check-in 1 hour earlier as well as another staff (Regretfully I don't know her name, as we forgot a mobile phone in a taxi (we didn't use the taxi application when ordering and got a free taxi from shopping area) and she helped us in contacting the driver (None English speaker) until we got it back same day). Overall very convenient hotel for families as price is much way cheaper than city centre hotels. WiFi is excellent and staff are very friendly and helpful. 7 eleven is only 2 mins far from hotel with few local places to eat. Hotel is a bit far from city center (approx 40 mins without traffic) so you would need to pay approx. 200.00 Bhat for one way as there is no train nearby. Otherwise it depends what kind of activities you plan in your trip as there are good night markets not far from hotel as well the area around "The Mall Lifestore Ngamwongwan" is really nice and cool. Just keep in mind when booking a taxi via application is that "Bolt" is cheaper that "Grab" as usually taxi drivers don't use the taximeter and you need to negotiate the price.

We arrived at the property at 1:15 and attempted to check in. The staff was not friendly and told us to come back at 2 to check in. We asked if we could give our information now, get all the paperwork ready and return in 45 minutes to just get a key to go up to our room. The one girl was rude and said no, another just glared at us. The third girl with glasses was nice trying to make up for the what appeared to be senior staff being rude to us. So, we walked around for 45 min, returned, did the check in process and was never greeted with a smile. The beds were hard. If you like them hard, it's for you. The maid staff was excellent and very nice. The family room 2 bedrrom was spacious and accommodating. 3 air conditioners with 2 remotes. The remotes were compatible with the AC units so it worked to. The gym used to have 2 good treadmills. Now, there were 2 cheap elliptical machines, but one did not work because it needed a new battery to run the cheap display. Overall, it was a low cost, pretty good stay except for 2 of the staff that were not friendly to us our entire stay. Not sure why, but some old fashioned welcome hospitality and a smile would have upped my rating to 4 out of 5.

I've stayed here many times, the rooms are excellent especially the two bedroom with bunk beds for kids. Restaurant downstairs as well as circle k nearby and burger place among others. Great location covered parking
