Beautiful, clean rooms with an amazing view of the city! Great central location with easy access to many attractions, restaurants, cafes and there is a 7-11 and Starbucks attached to the hotel - so convenient! The all you can eat breakfast buffet was so plentiful and the hotel staff were super friendly and accommodating! Would definitely recommend and would for sure stay here again next time I'm in Bangkok!

The staffs are great,helpful and friendly.The Room is spacious compared to what you paid.The air con is acceptable.If you are sensitive to the heat,you may need to be patient with the aircon to do its job.What I dislike the most is the so called Smart TV without any app pre installed ,whcih is also an old fasioned,if not out dated model. Generally speaking,the hardware especially the so called Smart Tv should be renewed.I deduct the star because of its hardware.
5 mins Walkable distance.Use EXIT 4 of the Ari station.

The staff were wonderful and my room was lovely and clean. The rooftop pool was also a wonderful place to swim, and big enough for lengths. The Ari area has plenty of cool outdoor bar/restaurants and is a nice option if you want a quieter Bangkok visit. A small downside was breakfast. I still enjoyed it every day but the fried eggs were often cold, the bread for toast quite sweet and the butter difficult to use. There were lots of other options though, so three stars. One other thing: the sky bar had no beer. But the upsides definitely outweighed and I would stay here again. Thank you!

Wouldn’t stay agin but it’s ok and quite cheap.

Rooms are very large but dated. We could hear water from the next rooms bathroom (their shower/toilet/run off) constantly as the pipes are located within the main bedroom. Not within a roof cavity but actually inside the room. So it’s very loud, and quite yukky to listen too all night. The pool is nice as it’s open air on the roof top but very dated and poorly maintained. The gym is great although gets busy as they open it up to people who are not guests in the hotel. Wouldn’t book it again.

Bell boy and staff definitely had great customer service. Location is perfect due to us using the light rail system. Everything is close by that we like doing. Overall great booked it twice once when we first arrived and when we came back from Krabi.

The hotel is just a few 100 meters away from the next BTS station of the green line, which you can use for one whole day with a day ticket. At the Ari area you can find restaurants and malls, just a few stations to drive to reach the Central World, Terminal 21, or the JJ market, for example. The rooms in this hotel are clean and comfortable, they have a nice roof top bar with a pool, and a restaurant also.

Great service, good location

Nice hotel in a great location about 10 min walk from Ari BTS station with lots of good street food options nearby. Without any prompt, room service brought a birthday cake which was a really nice surprise and thoughtful gesture. They must have noticed on the birthday on the passport.

This is a very convenient and pleasant hotel.The staff is attentive, especially the doorman Patrick. There are no English-language channels on TV such as BBC and CNN. Wash clothes are also not provided.

Overall, it was a great stay. Clean and modern hotel. Pretty well-located. Kind staff. Breakfast was fine. One complaint is that there is a water flow system on the ceiling, which keeps making water flow noise even at night. It was quite loud and annoying. I complained but no action was made.

Staff was friendly but couldn't understand English, this was challenging for us. Tien to use AI? There was to be a 10am - 5pm power cut, and we had to scramble to change our bookings - but Expedia got on the ball with us and quickly jumped in to supprt, hopefully I am refunded. Area nearby is Ari, an upcoming wealthy hipster hood (oxymoron?) with uber cool restaurants, very worth checking out if you love design branding architecture interiors. Hotel very functional, shower didn't switch from hot to cold - so showers were rapidly had! Rooftop pool and city scape views of BKK lovely. Rooftop bar extremely ugly - please get better design, very lame furniture and no ambience whatsoever, waste given the super location! Breakfast was in a massive well lit room, with lots of food but measly fare if you are veg.

Ari hotel 8-min walk from ARI BTS station.

This was the only hotel we could find in the Ari area, close enough to the BTS, during Chinese New Year. It was literally full, and because of that, very noisy. The room was nice and spacious with a desk and walk-in shower. It had a fridge, kettle, closet with a safe, and a large flat TV. And of course AC. I think overall the hotel is quite nice. There is a huge gym, beautiful infinity pool, and two different places to eat in the hotel and in the "mall" section attached in the building. There's even a Starbucks and 7-11 you can get to without having to step outside! This worked well for me and my husband, because while he worked form the hotel room on his laptop, I was able to go down to Starbucks and use their wifi to get some work done too. Here's one downside: I can appreciate it being easier to roll my suitcase down a hallway with hard flooring instead of carpet, but that creates a loud echo throughout, including inside the room, whenever people are walking around, children shouting, even people talking, etc.
