As the hotel is a little far away from the BTS Station, it is better to provide a shuttle tuk-tuk for your customers.

Here’s your polished, natural UK-friendly revamp – kept your original tone, fixed flow, and sharpened the details:   ★★★★★ Great stay, would absolutely return! The staff here are an absolute delight, firstly the housekeeping team on floor 5 were so thoughtful, and kept my room spotless to a really high standard every single day. A special mention too for the evening security guard: always polite, cheerful, smiling, and happy to point guests in the right direction or help however he could. The reception team were just as helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. My room on floor 5: the Air Con does look a bit the worse for wear, but honestly it worked perfectly well and kept the space nice and cool. The room was big with a lil balcony. There’s a really good gym on-site, fully kitted out with free weights and cardio kit, plus a lovely pool area, brilliant rooftop views, and it gets just the right amount of sun if you want to catch a tan. Location-wise very good if you’re heading to BTS its around a 5-minute walk to either On Nut or Bang Chak stations, and the hotel also runs a shuttle service too. There are 7-Eleven and Lawson stores right nearby, handy for alsorts, food, cosmetics, drinks, laundry liquid, basic electronics, vitamins etc... I’d definitely book to stay here again.

The rooms are bad, crack paint lines everywhere. They only accept cash deposits, no credit card. When I told them I don't carry enough cash, the front office told me to draw from ATM. It is therefore strange that when I asked for assistance to change into smaller denomination, they rejected me. The reason was they do not have enough cash!!! Checkout was extremely inefficient as they need to check the room and minibar. It took more than 8 mins when they weren't serving anyone besides me.

Lovely staff and good location for BTS.

The staff were lovely and couldn’t fault the service, very helpful and friendly. The rooftop pool is a great however the sun loungers are very poor. Made of metal, with sharp edges, heavy and supremely uncomfortable. There are no mattresses, you are better off on the floor. There are so many alternative products, it’s hard to imagine why these would be chosen.

Too noisy, disaster

The problem is the sound isolation It felt like sleeping on the highway itself The hotel knows it, as they nicely place ear plugs on the bedside table, but I would have appreciated being informed upon checkin Noise level is beyond acceptable, really
