방콕 시암근처로 관광, 쇼핑하기 좋은 위치 룸이 스위트룸으로 구성되어 있어 수준이 높습니다. 구성비 좋은 호텔.. 수영장이 크지는 않으나, 루프탑에 한쪽벽이 투명하여 묘한 매력이 있습니다. 조식 우수하게, 직원들이 전반적으로 친절합니다. 시암쪽으로 셔틀 뚝뚝이 있어 편안하고, 시안에서 도보로 10분 내외에 갈 수 있어 편안합니다.

가성비 최고의 호텔이었습니다
라차테위 역에서 도보2분 거리에 있어서 접근성이 뛰어 납니다. 객실은 넚고 쾌적하였고 관리가 잘 되어 있습니다 조식은 풀만,소피텔과 견주어도 손색이 없을정도로 먹을만 했습니다 그리고 제일 마음에 들었던 점은 직원들이 너무 친절해서 감동했습니다 나름 5성급 방콕호텔을 많이 다녀봤지만 이렇게 진심으로 고객을 대하는 곳은 처음이었습니다 다음에도 필히 방문할 의사가 있습니다

체크아웃 하는 날 안경을 잃어버렸는데 결국 찾지 못했네요. 제 불찰이어서 이 부분에 불만은 없습니다. 친절한 직원들과 시암파라곤까지 도보이동 가능한 가까운 위치가 장점입니다. 시암에 나갈 때 호텔에 준비되어 있는 무료 툭툭을 이용할 수 있다는데 저희는 그냥 걸어다녔구요. 허니문이라고 웰컴드링크를 포함해 룸에 케이크까지 준비해 주었어요. 큰 건 아니지만 마음이 고마웠네요. 단점은 21층에 묵었는데 창문이 열리지 않았어요. 이외 부분과 어메니티는 훌륭했습니다.

매우 친절하고 편안한 호텔~
5성 호텔인 만큼 직원들이 친절합니다. 스위트룸에 묵었는데 룸도 넓고 결혼기념일이라고 했더니 케익도 준비해 주시고 높은층으로 배정해줘서 전망도 아주 좋았어요. 무료툭툭으로 시암까지 데려다주고 조식도 다양하게 나오고요. 마지막날 짐 찾으러 갔을때 땀과비로 젖어서 씻고 싶었는데 샤워를 할수있게 해줘서 개운하게 공항갈수있었어요. 고마워요^^ 호텔앞 바로 bts역이고 바로 옆은 먹거리타운과 펍도 있어요. 현지 젊은이들로 가득! 호텔에 한국사람은 거의 없는듯.. 투숙기간내내 못본거 같아요.

편안한 분위기 좋은 위치
디럭스 스위트룸에서 5박하였는데 다른 호텔보다 넓고 객실도 쾌적하였습니다. 특히 제 담당이었던 'scarlett'은 항상 웃는 얼굴로 도와주고 가족같이 대해주었습니다. 최고의 호텔리어였습니다. 호텔위치는 씨암센트럴은 걸어서 7분정도이고 Bts 라차테위역은 걸어서 1분거리라 이동성이 좋습니다. 그리고 씨암쪽은 호텔에서 재공하는 무료 셔틀 뚝뚝이를 이용할 수있습니다. 다음 방콕 방문때도 투숙할 확률 100%입니다.

직원들이 너무 친절해서 좋았어요, 파타야에서 2박 묵고 넘어갔는데 도시라 그런지 좀 더 서비스가 능동적이고 적극적인 느낌을 받았아요. 체크인시 로비직원은 물론이고 방 안내해주신 분들, 메이드분, 침대 추가해주신분까지 전부 뭐 더 필요한거없는지 확인해주시는 부분에서 세심함을 느꼈어요. 방도 고급스러운 분위기에 욕실도 넓고 시설 별로 분리되있는 부분이 마음에 들었습니다. 시암 역까지 셔틀이 다니는 부분도 편리했습니다. 다시 방문하게 된다면 또 묵고 싶은 곳이예요

교통이 편리한 호텔
씨암과 가까워서 좋았어요~ 좀만 걸으면 지하철을 탈수 있구요 씨암쪽으로 걸어나가면 백화점들이 많아서 편리하게 쇼핑하고 식사할 수 있었어요 호텔 룸도 좋았구요 수영장을 이용하진 않았지만 구경해봤을때 도심속에 있는 루프탑이라서 색다른 느낌일것 같아요~

This hotel is really really gooooooood!!!!!!!Room condition was really good and clean. Near hotel there is a lot of pub to enjoy your night. And it is located in front of the station.It only takes 1 or 2 minutes.and also it is located near siam shopping area so you can walk to the siam area. Hotel offers tuktuk service to go to near hotel. Everything is perfect. I strongly recommend this hotel. There are a lot of good things to tell everyone. (+) pleasant stay overall. liked the pairs of slippers in two different types very much and the bath robe was right sized and lightweight, which was made of soft cotton material. liked the bathtub and the bathroom was huge too. room was quite big and ceiling was high so felt way more spacious and relaxing. (-) room key didnt work very often so had to ask for changing the card keys. dont know why. free tucktuck service to major malls seemed convenient but they only have one tucktuck so you have to wait if it's out of the hotel. options offered to select preferred type of bedding was good; but guide for using it was ambiguous.

Small luxurious Hotel with outstanding staffs. We stayed for 7 nights and it was wonderful. Tuk tuk service provided by the hotel was fun and convenient for us to go shop. Friendly service by staffs was great help. Wonderful breakfast every morning.

チェンマイ滞在時に2泊しました。 まず朝食が美味しかったです！ アップグレードしてくださったお部屋は、清潔でちょうど良い広さでゆっくりできました。 ありがとうございます。 スタッフの方々はいつも丁寧で色々助けられました。 場所はターペー門まですぐなので街歩きしても、 帰りがわかりやすかったです。 バスタブがバブルにすると中から汚れがでてきてびっくりしました。 みなさんあまり使わないのかもしれません。 浴室は床が滑りやすいので気をつけて使っていました。ぜひまた泊まりたいです。

I loved the fact that the property had a one way shuttle (tuk tuk) service to the following nearby malls (MBK, Siam Paragon, Central World, and Platinum Fashion Mall). The breakfast in the morning had a lot of options and the food was delicious. I definitely looked forward to breakfast every day. The staff in the morning for breakfast were so polite and nice. The staff made my morning start off great. They had Thai options for food and American type of food also such as, eggs, pancakes, bacon, and the yogurt with fruit in it was so delicious. The different juices were a great too. The hotel staff in general were all very nice and polite and were very helpful when it came to ordering food or getting shuttle service. The hotel itself is gorgeous, the room is so spacious and huge. The house keepers were very fast and efficient and any time we left the hotel the room was clean when we came back. We also had gotten a chocolate chip cookie any time the room was cleaned and our waters were always stocked. The hotel is definitely in a good area as we were able to walk around and find different food options and also massage places. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel to any one staying in Bangkok.
