I had a wonderful stay at the W Hotel Bangkok and, once again, it exceeded my expectations. What truly stands out is the exceptional level of service and the genuine warmth of the entire staff - everyone was consistently polite, welcoming, and attentive to even the smallest details, which made the stay feel effortless and special. The room was impeccably clean and meticulously maintained, with spectacular views that added to the overall experience. The amenities throughout the hotel were excellent, the breakfast was fantastic with great variety and quality, and the pool area was particularly enjoyable - well designed, relaxing, and beautifully kept. This was not my first stay at the W Bangkok, and it certainly will not be my last. I sincerely appreciate the professionalism and care shown by the team, and I look forward to returning again in the future.

Room was nice and bed was comfortable. I think some functionality was lost in pursuit of a “hip” vibe. Staff was very nice. All in all a decent value. But if you arent looking for a more modern vibe then you can probably find a better room for a better price

Great hotel. I stayed three nights alone and the pool on the 6th floor is open 24 hours and there is a downtown area just one station away, so I was never bored at all. The breakfast is really good with a wide variety of dishes.
