“Room was worn, mosquitos and other bugs. Breakfast was uninspiring. Staff though were friendly and helpful.”

“Checked in late night, Air-conditioner was not working took an hour to make it running, during check in I informed door knob was broken. They came and looked at but didn't fix or give us different room. During using the washroom, I noticed that there was a water leak from the tube. Called receptionist and complained. A plumber came middle of the night tried more than an hour. They didn't offer another room. I tried to sleep last part of the night but couldn't due to smelly blanket and pillow....

“It is a terrible apartment full of dust, insects, dirty bedsheets, did not provide towels. no water and moved to another apartment with same conditions. Since we paid more than the double of normal rate, owner told us to stay two days for the same money. But when we checked out, the counter manager asked for money for the 2nd night with the same rate. We did not agree on that and leave the hotel. They came behind us to a bus and asked for full money for two days and told they do not know...
