โThe location is perfectโright in the heart of town, making it easy to explore. Our room was recently renovated, modern, and very comfortable.
What really stood out was the staff: exceptionally friendly and genuinely helpful. On Saturday morning, when we discovered that airport taxis in Linlithgow need to be booked in advance, the hotel team stepped in and quickly helped us arrange one. Their support made a big difference to our trip.

โWas not sure when choosing this hotel, in Cumbernauld, but worked out great to be away from the busy hub-bub of a city like Glasgow, so the quiet location was right. Nice leisure factifies like an adjacent golf course, sauna, pool, good changing room, lockers. Drinking fountain by pool was off-on! Plenty of parking.โ
โSUCH nice owners - we loved staying and the room was so comfortable with many small touches to make you feel right at home. Breakfast was honestly the best Scottish breakfast ever!!! Delicious. Eggs, bacon, tomatoes, black pudding and haggis. Thank you so much and a treat to meet your gorgeous dogs too. 150% recommend โ
โWe only stayed at the Richmond Park Hotel for one night as we were meeting other family members to do the Boโness & Kinneil steam train trip. The hotel is lovely with welcoming efficient staff. The copper kiln bar & restaurant is cosy and there is an outside area with picnic tables and chairs for summers evenings. We stayed in a superior king room & it was spacious and very comfortable, Bar & food prices are very reasonable and we had an excellent stay.

โWir hatten das als Basis fรผr mehrere Tage in der Umgebung. Viel zu sehen und mit Auto unglaublich praktisch gelegen. Normal fรผr England sind die hellhรถrigen Fenster, aber fรผr uns ging es ohne Probleme. Wir hatten das Zimmer im Haupthaus, sehr gross, top Badezimmer und Bett. Frรผhstรผck ok, fรผr den Preis kann man nicht meckern. โ

โReally loved the spa and the property. Food was good. Only thing is the lake on the property was full of trash, probably not the hotels fault but if it's their property it is something to be addressed since there was water life living in the habitat. โ
โMary was very welcoming and anything we needed to know or need help with Mary obliged. We had to leave early on departure, but she got up and gave us a good Continental Breakfast.โ
