โUnser Aufenthalt in dieser Villa auf Bali war leider eine groรe Enttรคuschung. Schon beim Betreten fiel uns auf, dass die Wรคnde schmutzig und an einigen Stellen sogar aufgespalten waren. Dies vermittelte sofort einen ungepflegten Eindruck, der sich durch den gesamten Aufenthalt zog.
Das grรถรte Problem waren jedoch die Bettwanzen, die uns jede Nacht plagten. Schlafen war fast unmรถglich, und die Bisse waren schmerzhaft und juckend. Dies allein war schon Grund genug, den Aufenthalt als รคuรerst...

โI told the staff to keep my luggages while I have breakfast before checkout,
but he loaded my bags on other groupโs bus...
It took 2 hours to find my bags.
AND I should go somewhere and take my bags.
If I didnโt lent a car, It would have been difficult to find bags.
I was very dissapointed with the service. You should apologized immediately when there is problem.

โThis property exudes character...magnificent garden setting,welll appointed styilsh Balinese spacious rooms and villas, super friendly staff and good food.The location is perfect ...close to beach and local restaurants etc....and most importantly of all ...Lovina is just the most delightful, peaceful, unhurried destination...5 stars all round!!

โwe loved the resort, the staff was amazing. Really amazing! The only thing we didnโt appreciate was the very small portions. We booked with breakfast included but ended up with paying for another breakfast because none of us got full and I am a small girl with a very normal appetite. โ
โTolle Lage am Meer mit schรถner Aussicht auf den Ozean. Anlage ist schon etwas รคlter aber wird gut gepflegt. Dadurch aber auch ein erfahrenes Personal und sehr gute Mitarbeiter. Wir hatten 4 tole Tage hier.โ
