"We arrived at Andaz Bali Resort and were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff with a refreshing welcome drink while enjoying some small talk. Following the guidance, we were shown to a beautiful room and received a brief explanation along with a few notes of attention. Breakfast was also a pleasant experience – thanks to the helpful staff, we had no difficulty and enjoyed a variety of delicious dishes together as a family. The resort’s location was excellent, with easy access to the city and shopping malls. It was peaceful and quiet, and every morning I enjoyed running while spending a wonderful holiday with my family. We truly appreciate the kindness shown to our family. This is definitely a resort we would love to visit again in the future."

"호텔은 훌륭하고 내부에서 몇일을 머물며 아이들과 즐기기에 부족함이 없습니다. 직원들의 미소와 친절함도 즐거운 추억으로 오래남아 있을 것 같습니다. 근처 로컬 마켓이나 전통 행사 지역이 별로 없어서 멀리 이동을 해야하는 것은 단점입니다. 휴가의 마무리 장소로 좋을 것 같습니다."

"Maybe because of the on-and-off rain, there was a bit of a musty, damp smell in the room. It would be great if travel-sized candles or incense were available. The swimming pool was very clean and well-maintained, and all the staff were kind and friendly. I also joined the yoga and sound healing classes — the instructors were really warm and welcoming. I made a mistake with my reservation, but you kindly accommodated all my requests — thank you so much! Thanks to Indigo Hotel, I was able to end my trip on a happy note. I’d love to come back to Bali again because of you!"

"조식이 맛있고 직원들이 너무 친절함! 수영장에서 쉴수 있는곳이 있어서 좋고, 스미냑 시내 걸어서 놀러다니기 좋은 위치임! 그리고 빈땅 슈퍼 마켓도 걸어서 다녔음 ㅎ ㅎ 침대도 푹신하고 여기 대만족 ㅎ ㅎ 무조건 또 갈듯 "

"아침뷔페가 최고였어요. 다양하고 건강한 음식들과 최고의 서비스! 우라에게 주어진 수영장 테이블을 다른 사람들이 앉아버리는 문제가 발생했을 때 문제를 해결해주는 정도로 그친게 아니라 과일접시에 초콜렛 아이싱으로 "I AM SORRY"와 영어로 빌음되는대로 "죄송합니다"를 데코해줘서 감동 그 자체였어요!"
