"The room was nice and clean and the bed was very comfy. Our stay was great but there were a couple things that we had a bit of an issue with. First off, we didn’t get any room service the whole time we were there, even with the sign on our door requesting it. We had to go to the front desk to ask for extra towels and toilet paper. When we did ask they were very helpful and friendly but it would’ve been nice to have it been taken care of without prompting. We stayed in the building that was broken off from the main cluster of rooms. The other thing that bothered us was the smell of the stairwell to get to our room. It was pretty terrible. So bad to the point that we would hold our breath so we wouldn’t have to breathe it in while going in and out. The terrible smell stayed consistent for our entire stay. The rooms smelled good and fresh, it was just the stairwell. This might not be something every person would take issue with but I have a very sensitive nose, so smell is something I can’t help but consider lol. These issues weren’t anything major and we did have a wonderful stay. With us staying in the off-season, I can see how these things may have gotten overlooked and not prioritized. Besides that, the property is very easy to get to and it’s only about a two minute walk from the shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again."

"The place was beautiful, the rooms are large and clean. It’s about 15 minute walk from the main street so location is good as well, not too crowded . Highly recommend . Also noticed that gift shop prices at the hotel are actually slightly lower than in town if you want to buy any last minute souvenirs."

"This was the best hotel we have ever stayed at! The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was modern. The bed was amazingly comfortable! The grounds were beautiful and the views were amazing in every direction including beautiful sunrises! To top it all off, the breakfast that was included was fresh and delicious with so many options and it was different each day. There is an onsite restaurant with great food choices and water views. And most importantly, the staff was welcoming, accommodating, attentive and friendly at every turn. I would definitely recommend and stay here again whenever we visit!! Highly recommend!!"

"Needs updated.. you can hear the people above you flushing toilets, showering, walking ect… Staff were amazing. Ecspecially Christopher, he called for an in town car rental, and Restraunt reservations. He definately made a huge difference in our stay in a positive way!"

"Fab location, room was spacious and spotless, good sized bathroom. We had a ground floor room beside our car which is very handy when travelling with a lot of luggage. Lots of little extras like a free drink voucher on arrival and free tea and coffee all day in the lobby with a very comfortable sofa to chill either a popcorn machine with fresh hot popcorn. Really enjoyed our stay here."
