"We got a suite and it was great. Clean, comfortable, had a full size fridge plus mini fridge, microwave, etc. Bed was AMAZINGLY comfortable, the only note is that the blanket is waaay too hot. Staff was great but we did not find the breakfast good — we tried a few bites but wound up going into town to eat. "

"The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The sink was severely cracked and chipped. The same with the bathtub. The toilet had all sorts of chips out of it, so that the black chips looked like it hadn’t been cleaned."

"We stayed for 2 hours for the pool but west Virginia was closing roads due to a snow storm so we chose to drive home. Glad we did we got alot of snow that night. Thankful the staff let us know they were closing road later that night. "

"Was charged a “local” cash only deposit. Live an hour away but had to leave a substantial ash deposit to sleep in a hotel. The clerk then made me feel unwanted when he had to check my room before I got my cash back. Not a good way to treat people"
