We were never able to check in. The confirmation email said we would get in email with the access code within 48 hours of check in. By the morning of our check-in date, I messaged the hotel thru Expediaโs โcontact this hotelโ button. Sent multiple messages letting them know we had not received an access code. At 9pm, my family had to book another hotel since we didnโt receive a response (apparently itโs not an actual hotel and there is no front desk / reception area). Once I sent a last message of saying we were going to be requesting a refund and booking somewhere else, they responded 10-15 mins later saying they sent the access code they Whatโs App. NO WHERE on the listing does it say that the access code would be sent via whatโs App. In fact, i have the email that said it would be sent thru EMAIL. By then we had already booked another, much better and communicative, hotel.
