立地や部屋の広さなどは良かったのですが、フロントデスクが無いため、離れた場所でチェックインをしなければならないために、送迎を頼みましたが、初め言われていた値段より20ユーロ位高く請求されました。 あと、排水が悪く 詰まってしまうので、シャワーや洗面台が使えませんでした。

The apt. was not clean. Had a hard time trying to figure out how to turn on the ac. Luckily we only stayed 1 night. The morning of our departure we woke up to no lights and ac.. no electricity! No one answered our call and the office is few miles away. What happened to our electricity! The apt is pretty dark to begin with and at 9am it was dark especially with no lights. Had the chance to email the office at the airport but did not get a response yet.

Pros- On the Ramblas, close to transportation, staff in main office was friendly & informative, apt itself was nice & spacious & in safe area. Only bathroom toiletries are provided. I would definitely stay here again. Cons- had to pick up key in another location. No pool or patio. No coffee provided. No instruction/manual for kitchen appliances. Quick "how-to" of appliances would have been nice.

Great location, close to many POIs in Barcelona. Only negative thing is check-in counter is not located at the actual apartment site, which was inconvenient. Property offers shuttle service to and from check-in location and apartment, but is very limited. We had to take a taxi

Check in was not at the location of the apartment, the apartment was at a great location. TV and WiFi works but slow and not a lot of channels. I didn’t like them photo copying my credit card. I feel this is a set up for stealing or selling my information.

This apartment is great, excellent location, convenient facilities. Thereis a bakery, a minimart restaurants and Casa Batlo is right behind it. I would recommend for the apartment owners to have instructions on how to use the stove and washer. Besides that everything is great! We will stay here again.

Have to pick up key from 30 minutes away

Did not check in as picking up key was 30 minutes away one way. As I wanted to check in at 6pm, I asked Cosmo to meet me at an apartment as I am solo female traveller which management refused even after I offered them 10 Euro for taxi fare. Lost money for 2 nights. Be aware of this Apartment.

Lovely spacious apartment for 5 - photos do not do it justice. Very quiet with a pleasing atrium. Fabulous location, close to all amenities and wonderful patisserie below!

The property was located very centrally and allowed us to make the most of our travel time to various destinations. We were one block from the Passeg De Gracia Metro and Train stop. (Train connects to airport from there - very convenient for return to airport.) The property was very spacious and clean.

Brilliant and great value.

The apartment is fantastic and in a great location just behind Casa Batilló. Really first-class accommodation in a upscale part of town. Highly recommended. Only hassle was picking up the keys from a location miles away near Barcelona Sants train station. Not convenient, although they did shuttle us to the apartment. But that's the only issue. Be sure to leave extra time for the key pick-up. The apartment is wonderful and the price is very reasonable in a city that can be extremely expensive during the summer months.
