The staff wasn’t friendly at all until the last day. Julia was working the front desk. She greeted every customer with a smile on her face. She was the first employee who took the time to greet customers (that I had witnessed). She was also very helpful. Please send her a commendation for her excellent customer service.

Very scenic. Very pretty. Well laid out property. Room was spacious and comfy. Food was decent. The only issue I feel is the shower/tub area needed better lighting. Within the shower there is none. Also a couple of dry wall holes here and there. I did really like the property, room, staff, and stay!

Family room was spacious for 4 adults. Breakfast was top notch. We were t there for golf, but wanted to stay outside Barcelona to visit Montserrat. Still a bit of a drive, but we liked it being a bit remote.

Lovely rooms, lovely bar, lounge areas and pool. The hotel is well presented. The only issue was that the children are not allowed in the indoor pool at any time of the day or night, and strangely, there was no butter to go on the bread at breakfast, even when we asked!
