"Staff was amazing"

"Be prepared to pay 100.00 refundable room deposit not mentioned on the website or anywhere I could find. Make sure you have the booking credit card otherwise you’ll have to make a whole new reservation. My mistake to not bring the cc I used to reserve but it was already paid for. The desk clerk is remote and everything is automated which in a perfect world is smooth.. I do like this chain so I’ll remember my part.. overall the clerks didn’t think we could hear the snickers and looks between them when I mentioned I can tell what their doing and joked about it they chilled and became more helpful. We traveled cross country on a motorcycle so we were tired and half hard of hearing! Check out was fine. Overall clean and breakfast good enough."

"They try really hard to have a beachy vibe and to be welcoming. It's a unique setup where you can sit on the deck and chat with other guests. Morning breakfast and coffee huge plus. However, important to note that the walls are extremely thin. You can hear guests in other rooms sneezing, watching tv, etc. Also, the room smelled a little musty. Not a lot of places to put our stuff. Make sure you eat at the restaurant Fish House next door, that was extremely convenient."

"Breakfast was weak. Would have preferred daily room cleaning, not every other day. Otherwise, the facility was fine. Would stay there again."

"The host was friendly and very accommodating. We came in late and called ahead of time. The room was clean and comfortable."

"Nice hotel and staff. Pool looked inviting but it was too cold when we were there. Room was nice and clean, beds were comfortable. A/C and heat controls were quirky. Buffet breakfast would have benefited from some hard boiled eggs as alternatives to the egg dish offered. Hot oatmeal would have been welcome as well. But it was nice not to have to leave the building. There is a diner across the driveway that is convenient for meals. On site parking was also free and available. Hotel is approximately 30 minutes from RSW. "
