Great location, easy to navigate. Great communication from the owner. Cool AC, safe area. Close to all good and shopping. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the room could use a refresh. Clean towels water bottles and coffee daily was a plus.

Staff answered fast to problems which we had a few. App is not the best which is needed for check-in and code for the lock. Breakfast is pretty nice if you are not vegan, but then again we didn't inform our needs. Area has lots of breakfast places for everyone. I read some complaiments being too cold, but they seem to be taken care because it was very warm inside (+10 outside). There was mild cigarette aroma but they said they are going to look after it. We had room Bianco.

We arrived around 8 pm. The downside is there's no one to talk to any time of day. We did not get the room we booked and it was a different address/building as well. We were never informed of any change. Needless to say it's difficult enough to get access to your room if you have been given the incorrect address and incorrect lodging. Eventually after about 30 minutes trying to locate it in the dark after more than 24 hours of traveling across the world we found it. It was less than enjoyable.

Our room was fine but the pillows were awful. The breakfast was good and varied. The lodging was a very long walk from the train station and a fairly long walk from the sites in old town. The staff in the office had limited English and it was hard to communicate.We were told to leave our luggage in the office which was over a mile away from our room. We were given vague directions. And one of the staff Members sitting in the office even stuck her tongue out—very unprofessional! Only when an Italian friend talked to the personnel on the phone did we get helpful information.

a bit disappointing

It was a bit disappointing on the whole. There was no internet availability in our room (Rosso) at any point in our stay. The breakfast was disappointing; we asked for some milk but never received any and on the second morning we received no water or fruit juice. The lift was very small; barely big enough for 2 people with luggage.

Camera pulita e dotata di tutto ciò che occorre. Nonostante gli appendi abiti siano stilisti, sono poco funzionali. Self check-in andato bene. 5 zanzare ci aspettavano in camere: siamo andati a caccia di zanzare fino alle 2 di notte, prima di addormentarci. Fate qualcosa per debellarle. Posizione ottima e colazione buona. Suggerimento: mentre le uova sode erano fresche, quelle strapazzate erano secche. Consiglio di offrirle espresse fatte al momento solo su richiesta.
