Clean room, nice balcony where you can have a breakfast coffee and observe the city life. Check in was easy and well organised, but make sure you have internet access. Great for a short stay.

Kaşık çatalları zor bulduk. Daha görünür olsa iyi olurdu. Çok temizdi ve konforluydu. İlk girişte kat çok hoş bir his veriyor.

Air conditioning was working but weird, it was barely freezing Regardless of what options were set on the remote, it was steady to changes Other facilities were operational and the room was clean (on the other hand, no service during the 3 days of stay was provided) Location convenient, supermarket and cafe just downstairs, pizzeria a few steps from the spot, however, to get to the beach, you will need to take two buses to both places, Pomodoro and Lido San Francesco (unless you travel by car)

Das Apartment lag in einer zentralen Lage. Die Kommunikation lief immer reibungslos und es wurde immer einem direkt geholfen.

Chambre propre, agréable, refaite à neuf, 15 mn de la gare à pied. Le gros problème, pour les étrangers, c'est qu'il faut faire tout les documents pour l'enregistrement avec une agence italienne et c'est très contraignant. De plus, les informations pour l'arrivée autonome dans le logement ne sont pas précises. On ne dit même pas comment ouvrir la porte du hall

Communication was terrible no coffee in the room floor was dirty no internet password we asked multiple times only 3 towels for the the two weeks stay for 3 people no extra linens they send a cleaning crew they used a swiffer to sweep and didn’t clean good we found a broom and swept the floor and more garbage came out very disappointing when we asked for extra towels they said that it’s not a hotel they should rename the nightmare Italy

O lugar é incrível, localização excelente, muito limpo e confortável, a questão ruim foi a comunicação da wonderfull Italy que é péssima e por conta disso ficamos trancados quase 1 hora fora do apartamento águardando o checkin

This accommodation is fine - clean and quiet but no bells and whistles. No room cleaning during stay and I did run out do toilet paper and bought my own. Not a clear check-in process, wonderful Italy says your access codes won’t work if you don’t sign the rental agreement, but it can’t be done digitally unless your phone number is active (which is not the case for many international travellers- myself included. Ended up purchases phone minutes just to call them to ask about it). No instructions on how get into the door of the actual building- I just pressed the buzzer a lot until it clicked open (which it always did, but at first it gave me a lot of anxiety not knowing if it would or if it would stop working past a certain time). If you like walking or have a car/scooter the location is ok but you have to walk 15-40 minutes everytime you want to go somewhere good. I like walking so it as ok for me, but it takes 15-20 minutes to hit the main city and 25-30 to get to the old city. 40-45 minutes to nearest beach. The neighbourhood itself isn’t great- as a solo female traveller, I felt a bit uncomfortable at first. Lastly, my bathroom was outside my room- it was private to me only but still not ideal- so know, if you book room 3 your bathroom will be out of the room. Overall, it was not a bad stay. I would stay here again if I wasn’t alone or if I had a quick turnover in Bari, but it wasn’t ideal for my four nights alone.

Wir uns als vierköpfige Familie war es Top! Ausreichend groß und gemütlich sauber und gut gelegent. Es gibt in der Nähe genug Möglichkeiten eben schnell was zu essen zu bekommen 😁 Man kann den Koffer gut auspacken weil ein großer Kleiderschrank mit im Zimmer war.Wir kommen nochmal wieder .
