I'm not the kind of person who is always bothered to leave reviews. However, I wanted to leave a review because I was satisfied with this hotel. Good value for money. The staff are so friendly, it's a place I want to visit again. I have visited this hotel twice and have been very satisfied. Koreans take Korean reviews seriously. I am willing to visit here again. Access to the airport is good, but it is a bit inconvenient to use a taxi to get to Bari Central Station, the old town, or the new town. 1. Staff: Be kind and work responsibly for your duties. 2. Facilities: The room I stayed in was tidy and had a work desk. The room was cleaned. The sauna facility was also suitable for relieving fatigue. The breakfast ingredients were fresh and delicious, and the staff was friendly. 3. Others: I used the shuttle service twice, and all the shuttle bus drivers were so kind and drove safely. I arrived earlier than the check-in time on the first day, but they helped me check in a little earlier, and on the last day, they allowed me to leave a little later than the check-out time.

I have visited this hotel twice and have been very satisfied. Koreans take Korean reviews seriously. I am willing to visit here again. Access to the airport is good, but it is a bit inconvenient to use a taxi to get to Bari Central Station, the old town, or the new town. 저는 이 호텔에 두 번이나 방문했고, 만족도가 매우 높았어요. 한국인분들은 한국인 리뷰 중요하게 보시잖아요. 여기 다시 방문할 의향이 또 있어요. 공항 접근성은 좋은데 바리 중앙역이나 구시가지, 신시가지는 택시를 이용해야한다는 불편함이 좀 있어요. 1. 직원: 친절하고, 본인의 맡은 바에 대해 책임감 있게 업무를 한다. 2. 시설: 내가 묵은 방은 깔끔하고, 업무용 책상이 있다. 방을 깨끗하게 치워 줬다.사우나 시설도 피로를 해소하기에 적절했다. 조식재료로 신선하고, 맛있었으며 직원들도 친절했다. 3. 기타: 셔틀 서비스를 두 번 이용했는데 셔틀버스 운전 기사분들 모두 너무 친절하고, 안전하게 운전을 잘했다. 나는 첫날 체크인 시간보다 일찍 도착했는데 조금 일찍 체크인 할 수 있도록 도와주었고, 마지막날 내가 체크아웃 시간보다 조금 늦게 나갈 수 있게 배려해주었다. 1. Gentilissima Rita,abbiamo verificato con la nostra manutenzione, la temperatura della vasca idromassaggio è di 34 e tutto funziona regolarmente. La nostra vuol essere una piccola Spa con piscina, sauna e bagno turco con la possibilità di prenotare un massaggio a pagamento. Forniamo accesso gratuito a tutti gli ospiti dell'hotel e ci spiace aver deluso le sue aspettative, ma non siamo uno Spa Resort. Cordiali saluti e buona giornata

Pulitissimo come sempre, lo frequento da 15 anni. Peccato che non si sia rinnovato nella hall e sala ristorazione. Ma è comunque valido.

Overall was good and clean! The hotel was a little further from the old town. The room was clean. The TV did not work. There was only one electric plug on one of the sides of the bed, which was inconvenient for phone or computer charging/working… There was not enough light in the bathroom, or in the room, at least for me. Breakfast was good.

The rooms were nice. The breakfast was amazing and the spa was very nice. However the front desk staff were not at all friendly or accommodating. I would retrain or Fire all of them!

Very comfortable room. Good buffet breakfast. Check in could have been better - a member of staff was available but didn't ask us to come forward - I had to go and ask if he could help

Hotel is excellent. About 5km from centre of Bali. Taxi is about €10 so we could leave the car in underground car park and have a drink. Also there is a free shuttle to the Airport. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are good size and clean but the reason I would recommend the Nicolaus are breakfasts. Absolutely excellent with very attentive staff. Thank You

We wished we stayed longer rather than switch hotels. Angelica and Deborah were friendly, courteous, professional and very welcoming. Their help with our stay will bring us back should we visit Bari in the future. They set the standard and work great as a team.

The property is very nice as is the staff. I wanted to be closer to down town and have an outside pool. Otherwise very nice. The upstairs lounge/bar was not open during my stay.

Incredible! Very modern, spacious rooms, comfortable bed, and very clean. Minibar was also very nice. Location was great! It is an incredible value for the price, as well. We would highly recommend this hotel.
