We barely give any reviews, only when the hotel and personal went above and beyond our expectations. All personal are very welcoming and placed a very positive deposition (very entertaining as well), The breakfast buffet is elaborate and the accommodation is superb. The spa facilities are fantastic. I stayed at this hotel for four nights. I really enjoyed everything. The daily cleaning of the room and the cleanliness. The spa pool and jacuzzi, the massage which was really great. The restaurant and the way of reception and the excellent food and especially the excellent service and the attention to each person and their wishes with great love and politeness. I enjoyed the bar and the way of reception. The behavior and relationship of the staff and their complete attention to satisfaction and addressing all needs and requests. On the last day, I went to the airport with the hotel shuttle and I think this facility was also very excellent and good and made the return trip comfortable and peaceful. Finally, I would like to thank the hotel for putting the name Nicholas first in the title and its name, instead of using the word hotel first, which actually refers to the beloved Saint Nicholas of this city. I thought about it for a while and liked this respect and attention.
