Excellent resort with great service. Staff was incredibly helpful. Grounds of resort are lovely along with a wonderful pool. Good breakfast and large, clean rooms. Would highly recommend!

The property area is away from the downtown and is very serene. Beautiful pool and facility is nice. Restaurant food and drinks are mediocre, and staff barely speaks English.

Hotel com uma estrutura fantástica!! Chalé muito espaçoso com uma sala e dois quartos bem grandes, podendo o casal ficar com privacidade. Camas confortáveis e banheiros também espaçosos (um em cada quarto). Para diversão há piscinas, passeio de caiaque pelo rio Preguiças, quadras de areia e de tênis, além de sala de jogos e de fliperamas. O restaurante também é muito bom, com pratos deliciosos, que servem quatro pessoas e preço justo. Apenas como sugestão de melhoria, as porções servidas na piscina poderiam ser mais generosas e as funcionárias da recepção mais simpáticas. Outro ponto a observar é que, quando fazemos a reserva no app diz que pode parcelar mas na hora de pagar no check out só à vista.

O hotel é muito bom, com equipe atenciosa e sempre prestativa. Restaurante muito bom. Mas a agência de passeios indicada pelo hotel, a rota das trilhas não presta um bom atendimento. Informações confusas e contraditórias, com indicação (quase obrigatória) de restaurantes ruins nos passeios para Atins e de voadeira (barco) no rio Preguiça.

A hospedagem foi magnífica. O Resort é muito bem cuidado e a equipe atende muito bem. O restaurante contém cardápio variado com pratos locais e internacionais. Apenas sugiro que sejam disponibilizados filtros de água ou está estações de água mineral para os hóspedes. Este procedimento diminui o custo da hospedagem e a quantidade de lixo de garrafas de água.

A experiência poderia ter sido MUITO MELHOR caso o restaurante oferecesse um cardápio mais variado e os pratos fossem melhor elaborados. A comida é ok. Poderia ser MUITO MELHOR. Faltou investimento também na parte de treinamento dos funcionários. Os mesmos pareciam perdidos e sem motivação para atender adequadamente as demandas dos hóspedes. Infelizmente um ponto que em que nos chateou muito foi que o quarto cheirava a urina. Toda a mobília, portas e janelas são feitas pelo próprio resort, confeccionados com uma madeira que tem cheiro de urina. Esse cheiro fica presente no quarto por todo o tempo. Essa informação foi confirmada por um funcionário do hotel.
