Atendimento totalmente amador!

Péssimo atendimento realizado pela dona da pousada e atendente de passeios turísticos. Tive uma experiência horrível ao contratar um passeio. A atendente na pousada me informou que o passeio sairia às 9h do dia seguinte, não me entregou nenhum papel, contrato ou recibo e orientações do passeio. Contudo, no dia seguinte, às 8h10 da manhã, ela informa que o motorista do passeio havia chegado para minha surpresa e da esposa, que ainda nem tinha tomado café da manhã e estava arrumando tudo para ficar pronta inclusive um pouco antes, por volta das 8h40. Quando chego no motorista a atendente me diz que já deveríamos estar pronto e deveríamos ir naquele momento. Eu fiquei irritado com isso, e disse, mas como: minha mulher precisa tomar café da manhá, fazermos o check-out e malas e etc. Ao reclamar no balcão, me deparo com a dona da pousada, que é péssima em atender o hóspede, ela fez de acalmar, consegue bater boca e irritar mais ainda. Dizendo que o hóspede tinha obrigação de saber que o passeio poderia chegar antes, eu disse para ela que eu não tinha bola de cristal ainda. Ela disse que eu deveria ter lido algo, "mas como, se não me deram um contrato ou recibo ou papel com orientação do passeio?". Fiquei sabendo apenas do horário 9h, confirmado pela minha esposa que também ouviu isso. Enfim, péssimo atendimento e organização da pousada. Devem aprender a ter mais profissionalismo, orientar melhor o cliente e inclusive entregar algo por escrito, o que torna a reserva formal.

Nunca se hospedem nesse lugar,pegou fogo no quarto

Assim que chegamos na pousada fomos muito mal recebidos pelo rapaz que estava na recepção, grosso, cortou nossa fala e não gostamos. O Café da manhã é uma das poucas coisas boas do lugar. Muito afastado do centro, onde nem os motoristas dos passeios gostam muito de ir, sem contar que não há nada perto, quem estiver sem carro praticamente é obrigado a fazer as refeições no restaurante da pousada, pois não há opção nenhuma próxima, o que acarreta num gasto maior, afinal de contas eles não tem um preço tão acessível. Para piorar a situação nosso quarto teve um princípio de incêndio no final de nossa estadia, NENHUM FUNCIONÁRIO TINHA TREINAMENTO ADEQUADO para usar os extintores de incêndio e o dono da pousada por telefone(eu ouvi pois estava no viva voz) não deixou chamar os bombeiros, e disse para os funcionários se virarem para apagar o fogo. Um outro hóspede que usou o extintor e nos ajudou a controlar o incêndio. Não houve dano material e nem físico, só o susto, mas poderia ter acontecido uma tragédia, pois o incêndio claramente começou na fiação acima do forro de PVC, na direção da cama, caindo sobre a mesma. Sequer perguntaram se precisaríamos de alguma coisa, nem uma água ofereceram, e nós cobraram a conta normal no final. CORRAM DESSE LUGAR!

Infra muito boa café top quarto ruim

Gostei muito da estrutura do local, café da manhã muito bom e o atendimento dos funcionários é excelente. Ambiente externo da pousada é muito agradável. Infelizmente minha experiência não foi completa porque o quarto deixou muito a desejar. Cama ruim, chuveiro horrível, sem box só com cortina, quarto todo bem ruinzinho e velho.

Belle pousada

Belle pousada, propre, joli jardin, petite piscine agréable, bon restaurant (service un peu long mais souvent au Brésil car cuisine maison), personnel très gentil, liée à une agence pour les passeios. Seul bémol : un peu loin du centre.
