“Please bring your hair dryer from home when staying here. I've stayed in many hotels in the world, but I've never seen one, no matter how low-rated, without a hair dryer. However, there is no hair dryer in the room here. We asked for a hair dryer in the evening, but the front desk staff said there were no hair dryers left. The next morning I called the front desk again and asked for a hair dryer and the front desk staff said the housekeeper would bring it to our room, but I didn't receive it...

When the hand held shower head didn’t work for the soaker tub & couldn’t be corrected during our stay the front desk supervisor deducted the upgrade fee I had agreed to on reserving. So I was very happy about that. All of our interactions were very pleasant with any staff there. We will go there again for sure. The waterfront was lovely. 😊 ”
