“The hotel was great, room was clean, a/c worked very well. But especially we loved Donna at the front desk. She added the specialness of the hotel. She gave us all sorts of suggestions and was friendly and wonderful! Also, we took her advice to try out the Portage restaurant on premises and LOVED it... try the appetizers, they were amazing!”

“Please bring your hair dryer from home when staying here. I've stayed in many hotels in the world, but I've never seen one, no matter how low-rated, without a hair dryer. However, there is no hair dryer in the room here. We asked for a hair dryer in the evening, but the front desk staff said there were no hair dryers left. The next morning I called the front desk again and asked for a hair dryer and the front desk staff said the housekeeper would bring it to our room, but I didn't receive it...
