"What a beautiful inn and a beautiful setting. We chose to have dinner and it was excellent. The room was very comfortable but a bit dark. Would choose a room with a bigger window next time."

"Stephanie greeted us at the door as we arrived and welcomed us not only to Albert's (her establishment) but to Shelburne as a community. Stephanie had already provided us with the offer to make dinner reservations which we unfortunately declined as we had a very late lunch after driving in off the Digby ferry. Everything about the check in process was enjoyable and we were provided direct access to Stephanie should something go amiss. Nothing went amiss other than your's truly messing up Stephanie's wonderful communal coffee/espresso/latte machine which Albert's staff had tidied up and made operational almost immediately. All in all a wonderful experience and 1 night was not enough so I am already planning my trip back"
