“Nice location right infront of the mainstation. With many trams available you can basically go anywhere in the city instantly. I was worried that it might get bit noisy in the night but had no problem to sleep.”

“So nice location. Clean and cozy.”

“The reception has been so kind for any request. However, the elevator has stopped while I was in there... and they didn't notice the customers not to use the elevator before it is being repaired. The room condition was not clean. I found a lot of dusts on the table and inside the toilet. The hair dryer was also dirty incluing the dust... I am doubtful about this 4 Stars hotel.. ”

“Totally satisfied. Good location, great service.”

“I chose this hotel because I was visiting Basel for a business trip to Messe Basel. The facilities are very clean, and in particular, the elevator made it very easy to move my luggage. In the lobby, there is a lounge with a view of the Rhine River, which makes it a great place to work. There is also a café and bar, so it is especially nice to work while enjoying a coffee. Smoking is allowed, and the location is excellent: it is only a 1-minute walk to the Rhine riverside and a 1-minute walk to...
