"The staff was extremely cooperative and helpful. Due to a flight delay, we arrived at the hotel at 2:30 a.m., but the check-in process was handled very smoothly. The staff member kindly helped us order food online, and when it was delivered, he personally brought it to our room even at such a late hour. The room was also very good. The beds were neat and clean, and overall the stay was comfortable. We truly appreciate the staff’s helpful attitude and dedication. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience."
