“The hotel is excellent and great location. It really punches above it's weight and it is much more on par with 4 star establishments. The staff are always super nice and helpful, rooms are great and clean, the air con is probably the best I've experienced in any European hotel and they offer loads of great added extras to guests that make you feel very well looked after. The location is great for being very close to the main beaches. Would recommend it to anyone visiting Biarritz. Special thanks...
