"Way spacious, clean and convenient to all the parks and Disney Springs. Only issue was the timing of getting a shuttle for escort to/from restaurants on property. Will definitely stay again"

"Let me just say, this hotel is cool, but the staff is what makes it great. One of the few places where customer service is still going strong. When we checked in we arrived a couple hours early they had a room available for us to check in which was super convenient after our long drive, also he wished me a happy mother's day and gave me a voucher for two free drinks at the bar. The flowrider was so cool, the water slides were awesome. The only complaint we had and it's just gonna make us come back so we can try it, was one of the kids water slide activity areas was under construction or cleaning during or stay and our 4 year old was bummed because obviously it looked so cool, but the positive side they did have the two other slides at the other side of the hotel open, and there was a little toddler splash pad area, as well as the two pools. They have different food options in the marketplace, a coffee bar, the movie theater playing movies all day, an activity schedule for kids, and I think I saw two arcades! The room was big, and our daughter thought the bunk beds were so cool!"

"Both my spouse and I came back with a sinus infection. Leave me to wonder if the air is clean. The place is clean and smells good however the carpet in the room was dirty."

"There are a lot of budget not nice hotels in Kissimmee. I stayed at this hotel I was very impressed. The room was very nice very comfortable. I definitely would highly recommended this hotel if you are a tourist and you are guaranteed a nice room everything worked great tv air conditioning hot water no issues at this hotel. I met the staff all of them extremely friendly that is a plus. There is a pool I did not go in the pool there were people in there trying to cool down the temperature that day was in the low 90s. I would highly recommend this hotel as I mentioned there are low budget hotels in the area and most of them are not nice. I am looking forward to coming back and stayed here again sometime soon. "Very nice hotel that was probably the nicest one I ever stayed at. I went down for my birthday and they had bars, food places, and a stores at the hotel itself. My room had a private hot tub which I greatly loved. My only complaint is that the state had an almost record low so the hot water was struggling a little bit. However as soon as I told them, they went straight to trying to fix it."

"Need a remodeling. Rooms really really old. Curtains are from at least 30 years ago with holes on them. Really darkroom. Not even 1 star room. Very dissatisfied. The other Doubble tree in Orlando are excellent in all ways. I was expecting this one to be the same, but it was not."
