The staff were great! They were all very friendly. The downside was the pool and hot were were closed and most of the equipment in the fitness room did not work.

Late check-in supported till 2 am and staffs are good. Cleanliness can be improved. Some breads served in breakfast seemed to be expired, however the staff acknolwdged and refilled.

For the price, the hotel was great. Visible signs of the years of operating, however it was very clean, smelled clean. strong perfume scent throughout the hallways, perhaps rug deodorizer or something. Overall, I’d stay again.

Room was very nice, clean and welcoming. However the only reason why we booked here if to enjoy the pool and hot tub. When we checked in, we were told that the pool and hot tub has been closed since November. Was very upset with that.

This is the second time staying at this location. The first time our room was clean and very nice only downside they gave our room key to another guest and they walked into our room while my husband was not decent. They apologized. This stay our room was dirty hair all around bathroom. Our top blanket did not appear clean. I checked the beds no bugs so that was a plus. I checked the pillows and sheets to make sure they appeared clean. When I woke in the morning I had what looked like a rat poop next to me on the bed. The poop was too big for mice poop. I was disgusted. I took it downstairs waves the front desk attendant away from the other guests to advise and show this poop. She said it doesn’t look like poop maybe a rock. Advised not a rock nor dirt. She was another worker what it looked like and she said instantly poop. I said how upset I was about this. They took the poop, I wish I had taken a picture but I was to upset . Then she said maybe it fell from the ceilng or headboard. Miss that doesn’t make it and better! Then she said we will make a note on your account. That’s it. No discount or compensation! It is 2 strikes and you’re out with me. Just Yuck can you imagine opening your eyes and seeing that! !

I checked in the girl was very accommodating when I said I had a service dog she moved us closer to the door for the dog walking! Breakfast was very delicious with lots of variety! Checked out and found my bill was less than I expected! Will definitely be staying here again since family lives there!

Beds were super comfy. Room was clean. Everything worked. The pool and hot tub wasn’t working, but they called days ahead of time to let us know. Overall 10/10. Would def stay there again.

I booked specifically for pool and jacuzzi and once we got here I was informed it was temporarily out of service but at the time of booking it was not on website. Staff did offer full refund but driving in a storm to get here we just stayed.

Super clean room and common areas. Breakfast offerings change daily. We had scrambled eggs, hot fresh biscuits, sausage and gravy. Plus waffles, bagels, mini muffins, toast, instant oatmeal and bananas. Everything was good!

Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay. The hotel does have policies in place for late check outs. A guest cannot take it upon themselves to impose a late check out without an additional fee. Abuse of the desk staff will not be tolerated.

It was an ok hotel could use some better tv channels though. Didn’t really have much on with the channels they had. A lot of old shows and what not. Or news.
