"I was travelling on my own and found all the staff incredibly friendly and helpful. My room was spotless, with very good quality bedding and a comfy mattress. I didn’t have breakfast, so can’t rate that. I had dinner in the Brasserie and thought it excellent value. Would definitely stay this hotel again."

"We had a truly lovely stay at Dukes. The staff were exceptionally hospitable – warm, welcoming, and consistently attentive. A special shout-out to Skomante, Jordan, and Jay, who made our stay even more memorable with their kindness and outstanding service.
The room was neat, clean, and very comfortable, making it so easy to unwind after visiting the Christmas market and exploring the city. The hotel’s festive Christmas décor added a cosy, magical touch throughout our stay.
Breakfast was absolutely delicious each morning, with great variety and quality that set the perfect tone for the day.
We also loved the dinner included at Plate, The Bird, which offered fantastic food and a lovely dining experience.
A wonderful choice for a festive getaway in Bath. Highly recommended! 🎄✨"
