โIt was unique in that it wasnโt in the place shown on the map. The local people had never heard of it. and they didnโt reply to phone calls. I didnโt stay there because I couldnโt find it! Itโs not on Main st, as they claim . I doubt if I will get a refund. Annoyed. โ
โBeautiful property with friendly and helpful staff. The food is delicious with options for all visitors. Gym had good equipment and the pool and grounds are lovely. My only suggestion would be to have an iron in all rooms it would have been helpful with my wrinkled dresses.โ
โThe staff was very friendly and the yoga session conducted for us in the morning is very good. The yoga instructor makes a real effort to help us learn yoga. Food was nice and the rooms were clean. Overall, it is a great place to relax and spend a weekend. I would definitely return to this hotel again. โ

โWe greatly enjoyed our stay at this Resort. It was right on the beach, the room was beautiful, and the staff amazingly helpful.
There did seem to be an everlasting towel shortage while we were there but the staff were friendly and helpful in ensuring this caused as little inconvenience as possible.
I would highly recommend getting a ground level beach facing room! โ

โWe enjoyed our stay at Kay Jay Palms. The rooms were spacious and very clean. A/C and fan combo kept the rooms cool in the day and night.

It is 5 min drive from Pasikuda beach which was very convenient for beach days in the morning and the ability to change before other activities in the afternoon.

โRooms are among the bushes in separate apartments among bushy area with beach view. It gives you a nice feeling when you walk around. The quality of food in the restaurant is very good. The Manager is very friendly and helpful. Customer service at the counter is very good. Enjoyed the high ceiling room and separate toilet and shower which gives more flexibility in using.
