“We took the Family residence suit, was very spacious, clean, super view, with a private access to the beach. Paid premium price, But was it worth it for that price, Not really. We had half board, food was good. The property is old, the doors hasn't got key less entry. Overall i would give a 7 out of 10.”

“The apartment is overpriced as the furniture and general decor is very basic. Although inside the apartment was clean when we arrived, the balcony was dirty and we were advised it would be cleaned the next day. By day 4, I had to ask 4 times for the balcony to be cleaned as well as a room clean as we had no cleaning service up until that point (not even fresh towels).”

“If you’re looking for a truly secluded escape, Jungle Beach delivers. Far from the more developed parts of or Uppavelli, it’s wonderfully private — just you, the jungle, and one of the most pristine beaches I’ve ever set foot on. The sand is very soft, the sunsets paint the sky in gorgeous paddle pop colours, and the early morning walks are magical and peaceful. Breakfasts were a highlight with the most wonderful fresh juice (try the wood apple & passion fruit!) and a full menu to order from....

“Property is beautiful and staff is amazing. Issue is our AC in the room broke down during the night and It didn’t come til next day 10am and it was 34 Celsius or 94 Fahrenheit . ”

“Great central location in uppuveli. Easy walk to beach. Big breakfast every Morning but it wasn’t fabulous. However it set us up for the day. Not sure we needed the pool as the sea was so close and warm. But families were loving it and it was Nice and clean. Water went off every day for a period as did electricity- the electricity I think was all of uppuveli. Toilet broke on first day and was mended within the hour. I would say good value for the price. Budget travellers would find this property...
