Lovely and quiet location with comfortable, clean rooms, a good breakfast and with safe parking. The country house is just off the A21 within an easy drive from Hastings and St. Leonards. I would be happy to stay there again.

A quiet , comfortable and cosy hotel which is ideal for exploring the local 1066 countryside and beyond into the south coast at Hastings, Bexhill, Rye areas It’s small, but everything they do is great The staff are lovely I particularly want to commend Toby for being so accommodating and helpful after I checked in very late one evening I’ve already booked to come back when I’m next in the area

Stayed in the garden suite. Very spacious, clean room. Comfortable and friendly staff. Arrived early and left my car in the car park, was offered to check in early however we was in a rush so didn’t take up the offer but it was appreciated. Very easy to check in and check out.
