“We booked two rooms and both were not great but one was way worse than the other. They first gave us a key to the room and we went up and someone was already but it. The room that they then gave us had dirty sheets, blood on the sheets and no pillow cases. The second room we had was a hit better but again missing pillow cases and the sheets were a bit sandy, so not sure how clean they were. Breakfast was limited but not terrible.”

“One darker corner of our room had been completely overlooked during cleaning. Carpet had stuff stuck in it and the upholstered chair needed a good brushing/spot cleaning, Lots of 'things' on it, not inviting to sit on! Main issue was that the TV had no signal. We had hoped to catch World Cup highlights in the evening but when we called the desk they said there was no maintenance on duty and 'maybe it will correct when the wind dies down'. They said someone would try to come by later but no one...

“Our room had mice in it and upon leaving - we booked another room at another hotel and left without staying- we witness large mouse traps in the hallway and were told that the hotel opened to a large field and that the mouse population could not be controlled. That they were trying to handle the mouse problem, they have traps set up in the hallways. Do NOT stay here!”
