“I recently stayed at this property, and while the hotel itself has a lot to offer, my experience was let down by a major gap in service. When I checked in, there wasn't an ironing board in my room. I requested one multiple times throughout my stay, but the request was never followed through. In a frustrating turn of events, someone finally dropped it off in my room right as I went downstairs to check out. Having access to basic amenities when you need them is essential for any traveler. “We have stayed here many times. This time it was our yearly mother daughter holiday. Usually we go somewhere tropical but this year we wanted to try the newly renovated spa. It said it was done. Well it wasn’t. Outdoor area was not completely . No saunas or fire pit. The cold plunge wasn’t open. Some of the steam rooms were closed. “Close to Saskatoon”

“Would have been nice to be able to go to the pool until 10pm”

“Very disappointed that Sandman has stopped putting lotion or soap in the bathroom's rooms. I would expect when paying $150 for a room we would have lotion in addition to shampoo & conditioner. Also disappointed that they do not offer a CAA discount like most other hotels.”

“Good value for the price”

“We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel which location was central to everything and within 10-15 mins drive in any direction. Breakfast was amazing and staff were very friendly, super helpful and accommodating. Will stay here again!”
