The family room was awesome for my bday party and had plenty of space. The two pool areas are incredible and having a pool, waterside and hot tub make for the perfect evening! I also really enjoyed the 4pm check in and 11am check out as it left me with plenty of time to pack up.

Not in the most ideal location, and although the price was fair, the room was fairly clean (some dog kibble was still there from the last guests), and the attached restaurants made our stay easier, there were too many little things (dirty stairwells, food and garbage in the hallways, groups of drinking teens at some entrances/exits, etc.) that addd up to an "OK" stay instead of a great stay. The front desk staff was very accommodating and the restaurant bartender/waiter was extremely helpful, but the stay could have been better with a bit more attention to cleanliness.

The room was noisy from street and hallway. Lights flickered , fridge was screaming when cooling,floor was sticky,tub didn’t drain. Wall paint peeling in the bathroom. Our weekend event and the staff were fantastic buf the hotel needs a renovation.

The staff were very friendly and the bed was comfortable. The 6th floor was reasonably quiet even though the hotel was busy. Unfortunately the room’s walls were dirty, even the light switches and plug ins were grimy. The bathroom door had drips of something all down the door inside. We received a text from the manager acknowledging the issue and apologizing.
