The guy was going to take a payment over the phone and then randomly said no I had to be there. I offered to show him ID through the camera and everything. He let my son stay in -30 degree weather. ”

The room, bedding and towels smell like they are washed in Pinesol - everything has a a really strong chemical odour. Broken knobs on the shower faucet. I would not stay here again - just too rundown and not maintained at a professional level.”
