"I didn’t feel good about the city of Kuala Lumpur at first. First the couple invited me there did not show up. Airport signs were confusing. Taxi drivers didn’t take Visa or Master cards and a guys wanted to charge me 20 Ringgit from Berjaya Times Square to Holiday Inn Express city center only about 10-15 minutes of walking distance. It took me 4 hours finally getting to the hotel from the airport thanks to all these confusion. I pissed so much and wanted to leave the country immediately. But Bakesh soothed me. He calmed me down and guided me patiently to finish my two days tour by staying in your place comfortably. I appreciate his hospitality and eventually started to enjoy the tour during my staying there. It really wonderful and I love it though lots of setbacks."

"We stayed here for 4 nights with kids and family..As soon as u enter the property it feels good,big,fresh & clean.. Very well located with main attractions 8-10 mins by taxi specially the malls The property is managed very well with a very nice and big supermarket on the ground floor level Property also has some nice shops and cafe + 1 big library also(watsons) Room service is good and helpful too Recommend to stay here considering the price we paid 😃😁"

"Aloft is centrally located with direct access to the KL train hub. The KLIA Express connects to the airport smoothly. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet (around US$16 pp) with a great variety of Western and Southeastern Asian cuisines. The rooms are very spacious and sparsely furnished, with very comfortable beds and pillows (and a not-so-comfortable sofa by the window). The train hub connects to a shopping center with an extensive selection of stores and restaurants, where you can find any amenity you may need. Highly recommended hotel."

"Beautiful renovations especially on the lower floors. Location is the best in KL as literally the Pavillion is across the road. Amazing customer service and breakfast buffet is WOW. "All staff very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was delicious with a wide variety available. Rooms and bathrooms were nice and comfortable. Good bathroom amenities, and large counter space in bathroom. Bed was really comfortable and we had good sleep. Only a few negative things - too many light switches around the room - we stayed for 10 nights and still couldn’t figure out which switch was for which light! And one major problem - there wasn’t much storage space to store luggage and to keep clothes. Otherwise excellent property - especially the location - most good shopping centres nearby."
