호텔이 일단 깔끔해서 좋앗다 중간 조금 낡은것도 잇엇지만 가격대비 괜찮앗다 수영장이..생각보다 사진보단 활성화 되지 않앗고 물이 조금 더러웟다

電気など照明も少なく、部屋はトイレの臭いが臭すぎて我慢できなかった。 周辺にはあまり店などなくホテルに缶詰状態。

Breakfast was good and very quite. Unfortunately the restaurant was not open every night, no hot water in the bathrooms , no cleaning of the room and the TV stations only had 12 channels none in English

Staff were very accommodating and welcoming. What I love was it was close to the main highway but had problem finding the sign due to poor lighting and direction. We were checked in late so we’re having difficulty looking for the sign. Thank goodness for google map. All and all it was a nice area for a place to rest if you’re travelling far more to the north. It will be another added list for us now we know where the area. Maybe we will try the Beach area next. 😊

The restaurant on site has fantastic food! The Staff are ALL very friendly, accommodating, and professional. The swimming pools are very big and very clean. This is a great place to stay. Thank you Maurice, Lori, Noralene, and all staff. You guys are amazing!

Terrible since the minute I arrived with receptionist wanting extra money for a child and already stated rooms hold 4 as I booked two double beds I wouldn’t let my dog stay there awful place bad food and unwelcome visitors in the showers

Pool area was very nice. Free breakfast was pretty good. Rooms were just average. Test of the menu was so-so. Bathrooms had a bad odour, so some sort of air freshener would be appreciated. Ok for the price.

The property is well located. It would be nice if the property will clean up the reception area and replace those ugly sets. The store at the corner is useless so they should put a welcome station for their guests. The property needs a serious clean up - and pool looks murky.

I booked 2 rooms, I did not realize that the 2 room will be in 2 separate buildings. I'm just rating the room I stayed in. My room was on the second floor, stairs were steep and no grab bar. I got the bell person to help me with my luggage during check in. No help during check out. Rainy season: leak all over the stairs and hallway leading to the room. A/C in the room is very old and barely work. Toilet had no toilet seat. Bathroom floor was susceptible to getting water puddle from the shower and water does not flow into the drainage. Puddle of water are just stagnant all over the bathroom floor. Dangerous!!! Walls were thin and I could hear my neighbors. Lastly, restaurant felt unsanitary. Tables were sticky and the worst part is that restaurant's c.r./toilet did not have soap, paper towel or hand dryer on both occasions we ate there.

What you see is what you get. Although breakfast was not to my liking local food and cold. I requested toast they didn't have bread available 9am. Short stay ok but long, forget it. the only positive feedback was 3 pools to entertain.

Staff was awful. Free breakfast was no good at all. Staff is limiting people to get more food when it is "buffet". Will never go back here again. Deluxe room but nothing special about it. No WIFI.

Avoid at any costs. The "hotel" complex is outdated, bathroom was dirty and smelly, mould on the walls, no windows. Staaff speak basic English, anything more than standard phrases was difficult. Third person was provided only with mattress, not bed (and they wanted extra payment despite we paid that already!) . Surrounded by frequent road, no sleep is guaranteed. There is literally nothing to do around. Laundry service was fast though...just don't give them anything white, if you want to keep it white. Breakfast buffet was ridiculously disgusting.

we couldnt sleep because the pressure of the water in the bathroom produced a loud sound. the bathroom wall has so many cracks and abt to colapse.

Karaoke should be in a soundproof room instead being in an open place next to the restaurant and some rooms. It's so loud and its bothersome to guests...This hotel ia also far the beach.

Nice and good location
Hotel and staff was nice and kids love the swimming pool. Downside is for an extra breakfast was 500 ph (12 1/2 cad) and it was a waste of time. Smallest meal ever.

Never srlect a standard room
Very very poor, we first had a standard room which was quite simply Transient Accomadation, not connected to main Hotel. The toilets were filthy shower was broken, the walls were made of thin boards and you are right next to main roads, you will not sleep! The sewerage smell is overpowering. We asked to move and upgrade but there was no attempt to help, even when we wanted to pay, we stayed 3 nights and on the 3rd we had an upgrade. They are not ready for western tastes and requests. Breakfast was poor you pay for everything as an extra. The last night was more comfortable better, but despite being called a delux by european ratings its a standard. If you book here be ready to be ignored frustrated and feel you are being ripped off athough its cheap. I recommend the Awsome although further away we have stayed there before and its excellent value for your money, unfortunatley it was full during our visit. We have travelled in the philippines for 3 years and this was so dispointing, never again I always try to find the positive but just couldnt on this Hotel.
