"Ok. Air didn’t work properly. We were assigned a room that was already occupied twice."

"We enjoyed the pool. There were plenty of chairs around the pool. The pool had a walk inside for my six-year-old. The pool was large. The staff around the pool was very helpful and gave us ice cream. The kids enjoyed that. There was also a connect for and cornhole next to the pool on a field. The drinks were good. The hotel was walkable to the beach. We did not have to cross any streets. We were able to take towels from the hotel to the beach. There were third-party vendors on the beach to rent, umbrellas, chairs, or a cabana. The restaurants were good. We enjoyed the food and drink at the restaurants. There is a bridge that connects the sister property across the street. The hotel is walkable to Pier 60, but there are other hotels that are a little closer to Pier 60 like the Wyndham. There were also other restaurants that we could walk to."

"We found the room to be "okay" We found a large toe nail trimming under the chair/table by the entertainment unit, our shower was not draining, and a couple mens facial hair shaving/trimmings on the counter of the bathroom. Our room was 218- It was particularly loud in the hallway- could have been our neighbors. If staying there, I would book direct as Hotels.com charged me an extra $20 in a slick way with no good excuse. I booked for 3 and only had 3 people, yet a weird $20 charge is on my bill via the Hotels.com side. The staff was nice. Parking was full! The lil store was small. It was a great location for our event though, so... that part was nice."
