“Over all the cabin was beautiful & clean. Beds were comfortable, pillows were a bit worn flat. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans, plates silverware cups and glasses. We didn’t know we had to purchase our own dishwasher pods and trash bags. Propane tank was empty & few furniture items were broke upon arrival.”

“Our stay exceeded our expectations, beautiful location and easy to find. The host was very communicative, responsive and accommodated all of our needs. The place has updated decor and very charming nice touches throughout. The upstairs deck was a nice relaxing spot for morning coffee with spectacular surrounding views throughout Trimble. “The hosts provided information sheets with detailed instructions that were especially helpful as to the operation of the home’s indoor pool, electronics and lighting. Loved having so many beds and ample bedding. We slept six adults, and eight children; however, we hosted an additional 12 guests for dinner, games, that included a pool table and ping-pong. We loved the spaciousness, the outdoor pond and patio for sitting areas.”

“The house was in superb condition, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and well appointed. Would highly recommend to any family or group planning to ski Purgatory. Make sure you have a 4WD vehicle in winter, as the road to access the house can be snowy/icy. We did see three pickup trucks from Texas stuck in the ditch having slid off the side of the road.”

“The house sits a little outside of town but in a nice neighborhood. The 3 level house was very nice and can hold several families and has a nice living area with a somewhat small kitchen but it was not a problem at all. It was very clean and nicely furnished. The only issue we had was regulating the temp at night in the house with 3 levels. The folks on the bottom floor were comfortable but the people on the top 2 floors were a little warm. “There was plenty of rooms and plenty of bathrooms. The property itself wasn’t as clean as it could be. There were some cobwebs up in the corners and the windows weren’t clean. The outside wasn’t well maintained. There was some lights that didn’t have bulbs in them. The toilet tissue holders in the bathroom were broke. One of the windows was broke as far as the mechanism to open and close it. But overall, it was a pretty great place.”
