“We couldn’t get to our room earlier than 5pm even though we came after 3pm. I requested a room on highest floor with best ocean view and got ground floor facing bushes with no A/C - they said rules changed with no notice & I had to pay extra for view! The spa opens from 10am- 8pm, so we had almost no time to use it 1st day, and couldn’t use it the next day! The spa needs a lot of work: peeling paint, stains everywhere, missing tiles!
