"I gave this hotel a 5 star rating because the staff is great, the location is amazing, the hotel was neat and clean. My slight hesitation was that we were on the ground level and when we checked into the hotel and tried to go out on our beachfront balcony, there were two homeless men yelling and fighting. That is NOT the hotel's fault but it gave me pause because I wonder if a vagrant could break through the glass but maybe the hotel has security patrolling or surveillance. I never asked....

"The only complaint I have about your hotel is pretty important for you. I work at a hotel on the central coast and the jacuzzi's water temperature fell under the 101 mark; subsequently, not safe. There were 6 people in the jacuzzi and there were large chunks of dirt on the bubbles (foam) floating on top... completely unhealthy in more than one way. I would encourage your management to clean this jacuzzi daily...it's too small to not. The temp must consist at 101 degrees.... just trying...

"This room is exactly what a mid price hotel room should be. Safe... clean and comfortable. I would have given it a 5 star rating BUT I called down early in the morning to get more towels and tp ... never received them. Plus there's a $500 added for incidentals until your stay is over. That seems excessive for no reason. "
