"I clearly left my clothes in the closet before checking out of this hotel. I contacted the hotel immediately after checkout, yet they kept claiming they had never seen anything and that nothing was found. I know exactly where I left my belongings, but the hotel denied everything and took no responsibility whatsoever. When I complained in person at the lobby, they told me, "We'll follow up. If we find it, we'll contact you. If not, we'll consider compensation." But once I left LA, I sent multiple emails—which they read but never replied to for days. What made it worse was that while I was seriously explaining the situation, some staff nearby were smirking and laughing, as if it was a joke. It was disrespectful and completely unprofessional. There’s a strong possibility that a housekeeper stole my belongings, yet the hotel conducted no real investigation, gave no updates, and offered no resolution. They just kept saying things like “We understand” and “We’ll do our best”—but did absolutely nothing. Theft, zero accountability, and staff who mock customers—easily the worst hotel experience of my life. Stay far away from this place."
