“Loved this property. Perfect getaway and will definitely return.”

“Room was cleanish. You could see where the soap areas were not clean. Could still see the buildup where the last ones were placed. No chain on the front door. No beach view. It’s across the street, was told hotel was on the beach. Toilet issues, it wouldn’t refill tank after flush, for several minutes to an hour. Mold rust build up against the outer wall of the shower. Parking was great.staff were fine, no issues. I would not come back to this one. ”

“Close to the beach and decent clean rooms. Wish they had water or ice accessible on property besides 1 water fountain that barely worked.”

“Zum Glück war es noch nicht so heiß, so dass die Klimaanlage nachts ausgeschaltet werden konnte. Das Klappergeräusch der Kühlung ist recht störend. Ansonsten ist die Location ausgezeichnet für die Teilnahme am Stadt- und Abendprogramm gelegen. Alles in allem amerikanisch in Ordnung ;) Der vor Ort hinzu kommende Preis für den Parkplatz verschlechtert das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ”

“The staff were very friendly and welcoming at check-in. The room was clean, and the breakfast had a nice variety, so we were able to enjoy a proper morning meal. The dining area was clean as well, which we appreciated. The only downside was that the room was a bit dark since there was no ceiling light, but overall we were satisfied with our stay.”

“Expectations exceeded! Highly recommend the Conch House. Cool place with a Marina. The lounge and restaurant were excellent as well. Newly renovated pool was 🔥 Best “motel” experience ever! Thank you very much! We will be back for sure! ”
