"The property is situated in a great part of Southsea, you can get to the beach relatively quickly and there are plenty of attractions around.
The property itself is in need of a spruce up and a thorough deep clean, it feels a bit tired throughout.
Our children were wearing light coloured socks and due to the hard floors not being cleaned properly, they were all filthy when we left.
For a property that sleeps 10, there is only 1 bathroom which was surprising, especially if everyone is trying...

"Considering the price, we had high hopes for our stay at this house, but unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. Upon arrival, we found the property was not very clean. "Property was clean and as a family we felt safe staying there. Room was a nice size and our stay there was good.
The parking outside was often difficult to find spaces and due to permit holder restrictions 4:30pm-6:30pm you have to lose your space every day you stay.
If you have a large vehicle you need to park I would not recommend any accomodation in this area.
Not the fault of the owner though and if you don't require parking for a large vehicle it's a fine accomodation."
