"We did not stay for breakfast!! We did not stay for the next night that we had paid for even tho we knew we would lose the money and would have to pay for another hotel. We knew in advance that it was an economical motel but we had read the ‘rave reviews’ about how clean and pleasant & terrific it was. This place was not clean in any way!! The cheap ‘furniture’ was stained and smelled, the bed was obviously old and the bedding was dingy and sparse. The walls a floor were dirty. The office at check in was anything but professional. It was late and we had no choice but to stay On leaving the following morning in disgust we noted that there was another newer building that looked in better shape but obviously not being used. Perhaps that was the one that was being talked about but the one we were put in was absolutely horrific. So, we warn others against staying at this disgusting place and wonder why it is on your list. This is the first time we’ve been disappointed in anywhere you have put us in many years. Please cross this off your list. "

"hotel was clean , the only thing is the walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors whether they are beside you or across from you. I did wish I was able to have a safe keeping from the hotel but they could not offer anything (I always get something small to add it to my collection) Other than that i recommend this hotel for anyone ! "

"Clean room. Breakfast sufficient although the pancakes were like little cardboard cutouts (went into trash). Coffee was really good. Internet was AWFUL or non existent. A comment overheard by others experiencing as well."

"Unable to check in - despite posted availability & non-refundable online booking, I arrived on-property to find no staff on-site, and a posted message indicating the hotel was not accepting check-ins. This required me to book another hotel at a much more expensive rate - I have not received a refund for the stay I paid for. "

"Made reservation, showed up on time, the hotel said "sorry" no rooms available and cancelled reservation. Now Travelocity will not provide refund because they cannot get a hold of the hotel to confirm in order to waive the cancellation policy (24-hr) notice."

"Everything was as I expected, clean room, friendly staff, I did not sample the breakfast. There were no clearly labeled Handicap parking spaces only 4 "Gold Member" spaces close to the main entrance. Graciously they let me use one of these. Thank-you. For some reason the contacted me at 2:30 asking if I was still coming? Why? Check in was not until 3:00. I arrived at 3:30."
