"Great Location, close to Union station. Beautiful aesthetic, nice bar and restaurant in the main lobby. Our room had a gorgeous view of the city! It's a great hotel for date travel or travel with friends. Classy vibes! The building was formally a bank, the structure remained. There is even a vault downstairs, super cool! "I had issues with my room due to the AC not working, the staff was amazing and went beyond making sure myself and my daughter was comfortable as she is special needs. "Very noisy, only because the design of the doors . Need to install easy closing mechanism. The are very loud slamming all hours of the night / day . Pillows are also substandard. Overall hotel is great in a prime location but I would not stay again until the doors are fixed "
