โMe and my daughter stayed here so we could be close to the Hartford Healthcare Amphitheatre. We were very happy with our overnight stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice as well. We will definitely stay there again.โ
โClean room, staff was exceptional and pool/waterslide was awesome! Only small complaint is they need stronger wi-fi that covers all rooms (we were on end of hall and constantly cut in and out).โ
โI liked the sizes of the room and bathroom and the location. But they sometimes did not have the basics most hotels would provide such as complmentary water bottles.โ
โStaff were wonderful, especially late evening desk clerk Alfred. Bed comfortable, clean room & bathroom, enjoyed breakfast options.
Rooms could use an update, also curtain missing over windows in 2 rooms I reserved, we & other couple awoken early from light shining in, would have appreciated a couple more hours. Air conditioner loud & not able to adjust.โ
